THE MATERIAL
A Flat PET Fiber Surface for Acoustic Treatment
PET Acoustic Panels are used as sound-absorbing interior surfaces across walls, ceilings and decorative features. Their flat fiber structure allows acoustic treatment to become part of the interior material design rather than a separate technical object.
PET Acoustic Panels are primarily sound-absorption and acoustic-treatment materials. They are not complete soundproofing systems.
Not molded. Not upholstered. Not a wood substitute.

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Built to bring acoustic treatment into the surface of a room.
The flat fiber structure allows PET panels to be planned as part of walls, ceilings and interior features, rather than added as separate technical objects.
Soft matte fiber texture
A non-gloss surface that gives the panel a quiet material presence in architectural interiors.
Flat acoustic surface
Panels can be integrated into wall and ceiling layouts while keeping the design language clean and planar.
Ready for design work
The material supports selection from the existing PET color range together with flat shapes, CNC processing, openings, slots, shallow engraving and flat pattern composition.
For project specification, acoustic requirements should be confirmed together with panel thickness, installation method and space conditions.
FORMATS & SHAPES
Available PET Panel Formats and Flat Shapes
Start with the available sheet and module formats, then discuss the flat geometric shape and project dimensions required for the layout.
Standard rectangular formats

1220 × 2440 mm
Full sheet
A base format for cutting, wall planning and project fabrication.

600 × 1200 mm
Wall panel format
A practical rectangular module for walls, ceilings and repeated layouts.

300 × 600 mm
Small module
A compact format for tighter areas, rhythmic surfaces and modular arrangements.
Square formats

600 × 600 mm
Square panel
A flat square format for modular acoustic surfaces and clean layout planning.

300 × 300 mm
Square tile
A compact square option for denser modular compositions.
Hexagon formats

600 × 600 mm
Hexagon panel
A larger flat hexagon format for patterned acoustic layouts.

300 × 300 mm
Hexagon tile
A compact flat hexagon for finer modular pattern design.

Hexagon 300 × 600 mm
Elongated hexagon format
A taller flat geometric option for vertical patterned acoustic surfaces.
Custom shapes

Custom shapes
Project-defined polygon panel
Client-required flat PET panel shapes can be discussed based on layout, quantity and installation needs.

Custom shapes
Project-defined arch panel
Arch-top and other custom CNC-cut PET panel shapes can be discussed for project-specific surface design.
Project-specific dimensions and flat shapes are reviewed against the required layout, quantity and production feasibility before confirmation.
PET COLOR OPTIONS
Choose from the Existing PET Color Range
Select the required color from the existing JHS PET color range before confirming the panel format or custom processing.
Custom colors outside the existing PET color range are not offered.

Confirm the selected color from the existing range during sample review.
FLAT SHAPE CUSTOMIZATION
Flat Geometric Shapes for Project Layouts
PET panels can be prepared as flat geometric shapes and reviewed against the wall, ceiling or branded interior layout.
Custom shape requirements should be provided with dimensions, drawings or reference files for production review.
Flat shape. No molded 3D form.

PROJECT DIMENSIONS
Define the Panel Size from the Project Layout
Start with the wall or ceiling layout, confirm the module arrangement and quantity, then review the required cut size for production.
Project-specific dimensions are subject to production review and confirmation.
Start with the layout. Confirm the module. Then define the cut size.

Surface area
Start by looking at the full wall or ceiling surface before deciding how each panel should be divided.

Module rhythm
Use repeated panel modules to create a cleaner rhythm instead of treating every panel as a separate piece.

Cut size
Confirm the cut size after the surface layout, module direction and edge conditions are clear.
CNC CUTTING
CNC Cutting for Shapes, Openings, Slots and Logo Details
PET panels can be CNC-cut into approved flat outlines, openings, slots, repeated modules and logo details before installation.

Shaped outlines
Flat PET sheets can be cut into geometric or project-defined outlines for wall and ceiling layouts.
Openings and slots
Cut openings, slots or edge details can be planned when required by the design layout.
Repeatable modules
Repeated cut parts help create a cleaner modular surface across larger project areas.
Cut the outline. Prepare the module. Keep the surface flat.
SHALLOW ENGRAVING
Add Shallow Line Work Without Changing the Flat Panel Form
Shallow linear or curved surface details can be reviewed from the customer drawing while keeping the PET panel flat.

Linear grooves
Shallow engraved grooves can define direction, proportion and visual rhythm across a flat PET panel.
Curved line work
Soft curves can be used to make the acoustic surface feel less rigid while remaining flat.
Surface zoning
Engraved lines can help divide a large surface into calmer visual areas without adding separate materials.
Engrave the line. Keep the plane. Build the rhythm.
FLAT PATTERN COMPOSITION
Build Patterns with Color, Modules and Surface Lines
Flat pattern layouts can be developed through the arrangement of existing PET colors, panel modules, CNC-cut details and shallow line work.
Final pattern requirements are reviewed from the project drawing or reference file before production.

Color blocking
Use PET color groups to divide the surface into calmer zones or stronger visual accents.
Modular composition
Repeat panel modules to create a pattern that feels intentional across larger wall or ceiling areas.
Line connection
Engraved lines can connect separate panels into one continuous visual language.
Color. Module. Line. Surface rhythm.
